Tutorial - How to use Webex Meetings (2020)

Steps to use Webex Meetings:
• CISCO Webex platform for virtual meetings and video conferences.
• Download & Install Webex
o Computer: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
o Android: https://play.google.com/store/....apps/details?id=com.
o Apple iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/....cisco-webex-meetings
• Open Webex App in your Computer/Mobile
• Always Join the Training Session at least 15 min before to avoid technical challenges
• Enter Meeting ID in Join a Meeting field or Click on the Meeting Link received in Email
• Click on Join Button to join the Online Training Session
• Enter Meeting Password received in Email (if asked)
• Confirm your Name and Meeting Details
• Test your Audio and Video twice or thrice in advance
• Ensure your Audio & Video is turned off when you enter the meeting. You can switch on later in the session if required
• Click on Join Meeting Button to enter the Online Training Session
• Join from a Silent Place so that you can focus more and avoid distractions.
• Turn the Video On for 5 mins in the beginning for a Group Photo of the Meeting/Training when instructed
• Keep yourself on Mute during the session for better voice clarity
• Keep your Video Off for better Internet Connectivity
• You can post your Questions in Chat during the session
• To Leave the Online Training Session, Click on Leave Button
• Confirm by clicking on Leave Meeting to exit the Online Training Session.
